Jo McMillan | President

Jo is Mum to an incredible autistic young man, who inspired her to co-found All Stars. Jo has worked in publishing, arts and events management and has extensive teaching experience, working in tertiary, secondary and primary school contexts as a Digital Media Teacher. She is passionate about re-thinking old paradigms regarding education, especially in relation to neurodivergent children, and loves using technology to enable children and young adults to express themselves in creative and meaningful ways. Jo envisions a future where autistic people are nurtured throughout their childhood and early-adulthood, so that they may understand what inspires them, what they are really good at and how they can combine these things to engage with the world in a unique and beautiful way.
